I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium because it provides The Tokyo Business Clinic, which offers foreign language support until 9:00 p.m. The location is excellent with easy access to Tokyo JR Station and the underground mall. The room was spacious and the complimentary water and beverages were a nice touch.

I wish there was a business center in the hotel for printing and copying documents for my work.

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone traveling to either Haneda or Narita airports, as well as for those who want to explore the city. The Tokyo Station, Ginza subway line and bus stops to airports are only a few minutes away on foot. The room was clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel staff was helpful and check-in was fast. The fast internet connection was a plus.

Although most staff members were friendly and helpful, there was one particular individual who was unfriendly and unhelpful during our stay.

Staff! : the staff at the hotel were so 🌟kind and helpful. They made me feel right at home from the moment i arrived. The only downside was the lack of cupboard space in the rooms 😕. Overall, a cozy stay!

We stayed at this venue and it was amazing. Right beside the main train station, we were able to go around the city effortlessly. The hotel provided exceptional service, and when we arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff allowed us to rest early. We were pleasantly surprised to find free-flowing drinks. The beds were spacious, and the pillows were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The adjacent rooms were perfect for hanging out with friends, allowing us to move freely between them. The traditional Japanese rooms were super cozy with tatami flooring and futon bedding. The separate shower booth, wash area, and toilet were a game-changer for getting ready at the same time.

I personally found the low table with floor cushions a bit uncomfortable, but I'm sure others might enjoy it.

Great central location with easy access to transportation. the hotel is within walking distance of Tokyo Station and other metro trains. the staff was helpful and accommodating, even assisting with forwarding luggage to another hotel. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The air conditioning in the room was not reliable, resulting in fluctuating temperatures throughout the night. There was no safe in the room to store valuables, which was a downside.

In the 250,000㎡ space, the carefully restored teahouse offers a serene silence that you wouldn't expect to find in the middle of such a large city. It was a delightful escape from the bustling city life, and I found myself immersed in a tranquil oasis, feeling as if I had stepped into a different world.

Uncomfortable futon beds.

I absolutely adored the cheerful and welcoming decor in the hotel's common areas. The stylish pale blue, elegant purple, and joyful orange color scheme, along with the special lighting for different seasons, created a lovely and comforting ambiance. The spacious and well-lit lobby and corridors made it easy for us senior folks to move around comfortably. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to Tokyo Station provided easy access for us to explore the city without much hassle.

I would have appreciated a foldable luggage rack in the rooms to make it easier for senior travelers to access their belongings without having to bend down too much.

I always return for the warm welcome and helpful staff. The hotel has Wi-Fi, parking, and a 24-hour reception. It's perfect for me. I love the game room and board games. The air conditioning makes my stay comfortable. Coming back for Christmas!

Loved the delicious breakfast with individual containers at the café. The Edo period garden with a seawater pond was a real treat. And oh, the observation decks! I felt like I could see the entire world from up there!

The experience was so amazing, I wish I could have stayed longer.
